About me

Welcome to a space where your mental and emotional well-being is nurtured with compassion, depth, and a holistic understanding of what it means to heal and thrive sustainably.

I’m Julia—a psychologist dedicated to helping individuals break free from stress, anxiety, and emotional patterns that no longer serve them. My Master’s degree in Psychology and Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy provide the scientific foundation for my approach, but my journey into this work has been anything but linear.

From Corporate Consultancy to Holistic Practice

Before stepping fully back into the world of psychology, I spent five years in business consulting, working on high-impact innovation and sustainability projects for multinational clients in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. As a Design Thinking & Innovation Consultant, I supported teams in developing sustainability strategies, designing new services, and leading complex transformation projects—from shaping corporate net-zero roadmaps to managing large-scale digital transformations.

I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating corporate structures, tight deadlines, and the pressure to deliver in high-stakes environments. The expectation to constantly innovate, perform, and adapt often comes at a cost—leading to burnout, self-doubt, and the quiet erosion of well-being.

Through my own experience and the stories of colleagues and clients, I saw how the relentless pursuit of external success often masks deeper struggles—stress, imposter syndrome, emotional exhaustion. I realized that true resilience isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about working with our minds and nervous systems to sustain high performance without sacrificing our well-being.

This insight led me to deepen my expertise in different therapeutic methods, slowly shifting my focus to helping professionals, leaders, and organizations create meaningful, sustainable change—from the inside out.

Inner & Outer Regeneration

Healing is not just about reducing stress or learning to manage emotions—it’s about creating the inner conditions for lasting inner and outer change, much like how ecosystems regenerate when given the right support.

I believe that true well-being is deeply interconnected with the way we live, work, and relate to the world around us. When we cultivate self-awareness, emotional resilience, and nervous system balance, we develop the capacity to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and strength. From this place, we not only transform ourselves but also influence the environments and systems we are part of.

My connection to nature and regenerative principles has profoundly shaped my approach. Nature doesn’t force growth—it creates the right conditions for it. Similarly, my work isn’t about quick fixes or forcing change. It’s about helping you uncover what’s blocking your natural capacity for healing and transformation and guiding you in creating a foundation for long-term mental and emotional well-being.

Transparency and continues learning are of highest importance to me, thus I participate in regular trainings and self-experiences.
